Amd phenom2 x4 965 black

Hello,
an open question-Is amd phenom2 965 black enough to run gta4 on a radeon hd 5450

Not with a radeon 5450!

The Processor is good enough but you'll experience some lags because of the HD5450.
Go in for a better GPU or Higher than that if possible.
GTA4 would work fine on the processor but the holding back point of the rig is going to be that GPU.

The CPU is fine but the GPU is not.
