Need some advice finalizing build

So, I am building a new computer for my girlfriend and need some help finalizing my choices, and narrowing down the cost some without loosing performance. I need everything for this build except for the hard drive and power supply I already got because I happen to have gotten some good discounts on them from my work.

Also from working at Best Buy, I get access to some AMD discounts coming in a few days for the graphics cards, will probably be a 6950 2gb but I wont know for sure for a couple days. I plan to overclock the cpu and graphics card as much as possible and leave some headroom for possible crossfire in the future, which is why I got such a high wattage cpu. Any advice narrowing down and lowering the cost on my parts would be awesome. Especially the monitor, I know it has a deal going right now but is it really that good or are there any better options for the money?

More about need advice finalizing build
  1. Woops had to update it there, accidentally put in two motherboards, was wondering why it was so high.
  2. change mobo to asus p8p67
  3. What would be the advantage to the p8p67 pro? I have heard some quite good things about the asrock, and some less then good about the p8p67 board. I have built a computer before but I am by no means an expert, what advantages to it?
  4. I also am not quite sure about what cpu cooler to get. The hyper 212 evo looks good from most reviews, but I can also get some liquid cooling with the h60 from work for about 60 bucks, is that extra 25 worth it to get the h60?

Also, among the list of $125 mobos across the brands is asrock the best?
