Mobo is a little weak with no SATA III/USB 3 support.

both trusty brands and the power is enough to power up to a 6950 i believe.

OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply
High quality, plus, it's black so it will match your case color. The PSU traimaiv recommended is also fine if you can't spare a measly $5. The Mobos he recommended are also very nice, I have no other suggestion, as the last AMD board I bought was AM2. Ahh, the good ole' Athlon 64 days. Also, I'm sure someone will recommend some other parts. Just look at the big picture and decide what's best for you.
