Approximate Purchase Date: within the week
Budget Range: 1000~1250 USD
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Tablet based Zbrush and Photoshop, some finishing/rigging in Maya
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, OS.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg
Country: South Korea. (Easy access to any Korean parts for very cheap)
Parts Preferences: Nvidia Based Video Card. I'm open to both workstation and consumer cards. I'm leaning a bit to the consumer based if it has at least 1 gig of ram. I'm leaning towards Intel, but I'm not totally deadset. I definitely want at least 8 gigs of ram. Sound is not terribly important if the onboard is somewhat nice. I want at least a Solid State for OS + 3d/2d programs for use with the tablet monitor to keep response time down.
Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: Nope
Monitor Resolution: 1600x1200 Cintiq 21UX. This will be the max operating resolution
Additional Comments: I may run games occasionally, but it won't be my primary concern as my laptop can do it somewhat decently. (i5 + GT540m) Thanks for the help!
