Problem with Graphics Card....

Hello, I recently bought a custom build from Arbico.co.uk. It included the ATI Radeon HD6770. However, it will not appear in both dxdiag or in the device manager. All that appears is the integrated 3000 series by ATI. I tried to install the driver off of an included disk from ASUS but it tells me 'ASUS Graphics Card not found'. I also tried with many ATI support programmes but without luck still. I looked at the back of the computer to the PCI-E space and noticed the graphics card was in a slanted position, is there a way I can fix this without returning this back to Arbico or to a computer specialist repair shop? Thanks.

Also, it may help if I tell you my specifications:

AMD Phenom II X4 (955 Black)
650W PSU Winpower
ASUS M5A78L Motherboard

It sounds as if the card came loose during shipping.
Open the case and see if it is secured firmly in the PCIE slot and then when you get it working DOWNLOAD the latest ATI drivers DON'T INSTALL THE DISC DRIVERS. Most disc drivers are way out of date and sometimes have problems just go to AMD's site and look for them.
Hope you get it working. That sucks :(
