Monitor times out in one minute

Hello,
My dual monitors time out in 60 seconds, a simple scroll and they pop back on. I've set monitor time out for never, no help. I'm assuming graphics card. Any other thoughts?

So you have no screen saver and the power settings set to never turn the screen off?Getting rid of downloaded Autumn Bounty desktop slide show not only fixed my monitor time out problem, also fixed WORD problem. Couldn't open WORD docs, now I can. Autumn Bounty free desktop slide show for WIN 7 is BAD!
