How do i make my voip softphone works on vpn

How do i make sure that my voip softphone is going through the vpn i have and the other party ( voip prvider is seeing the vpn ip insted of my real ip

I have a rogers rocket HUB, it has a public vpn attached to it. This system is for working as a customer service agent at home. The internet/VPN runs the softwares for work, but the phone is bell landline. The company says it requires a landline to work. But if it were possible to set up VOIP and have it work with the VPN. That would be excellent. How would you go about setting this up?
