Considering Silverstone case--will CPU cooler fit?

I was considering Silverstone Grandia GD-05B http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163166

Concerned that CPU cooler won't fit. I have a stock Dell cooler on Q9400.

Limitation of CPU cooler 70mm (remove ODD if you want install up to 120mm)

Obviously I will not remove optical drive--that is 50% of the reason for this case for me.

Does anyone know if 70mm refers the height of the CPU cooler?

Where would you measure from? If I measure from the surface of the motherboard to the top of the fan, it's 75 mm.
