It has a standard micro-ATX motherboard (X-58 socket 1366) already installed at the moment.
Should be no problem replacing it with another.

Are you looking to upgrade?


edit; just counted the PCI-e slots and there are 4... so its a standard micro-ATX.

mATX is what fits in the case. And there are some very good mATX motherboards.
