What is better Intel 4100 graphic card or Intel HD graphic card

What is a better Graphic card? A Intel 4100 graphic card or a Intel HD graphic card? I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i3) in my lap top and I want make sure it will be able to run a game. It will not run Battle Front 3. Can I change the graphic card in this lap top? I have a HP Pavilion
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

You can't change igp(integrated graphics processor) because that is built into the processor.

you are out of luck mate.
I don't think you can add a GPU in your laptop. Laptop are known to not be having a GPU upgradebility.
