Is this a good gpu to pick up on boxing day today?

Today I am planning to go down on boxing day and pick up a few items to finish off my system and saw this card for sale at my local shop

The price is normally 259.99 and I save $50.00 ($30.00 saving + $20 MIR) for price of $209.99

Is this a good card for bang for your buck or is there something else I should look at.

I wasn't too sure myself. I bought it anyways as it was a one day sale only.
