Stuttering

Hi i just got the new batman arkham city and assassins creed revalations.when i launch batman the intro video`s sound stutters and when i enter A:C the ubisoft intro sound also stutters.In A:C the sound is sometimes out of sync.Also batman is stuttering alot when playing in DX11.I already update my sound drivers.

I have the same issue in battelfield 3 with a 5770

I finished battelfield 3 on high with no lag and stuttering.
