So I found out the hard way that the 560ti does not support three monitors and that I will need to purchase dual 560ti's for SLI. Problem with SLI is that I have read a post that SLI does not work with Asus M4A89GTD PRO motherboard. Can anyone verify that please?

Yes, if you don't see the SLI ready on the motherboard it is not compatible, also you can see your mobo don't have more than one PCIE slot, so you can also admit you will not be able to add two cards there, also be warned that even those cards 2 in one will not work if your mobo isn't sli ready, so you need to change motherboard for three monitors
