What graphics card should I get?

I have a desktop with a AMD phenom 9500 quad-core 2.20 GHz processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32-bit, and a Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS Galaxy graphics card but it is not quite good enough for the games I want to play. I alson have a 520 watt power supply and I want to be able to play Diablo 3 which is about to come out in the near future and I want to be able to play with high game performance, so what graphics card would you recommend in the $180 - $300 range?
