AMD HD Audio Device Disabled - enable how?

I am trying to get my computer to use the HDMI output for audio so I can hear Netflix out my Sony Bravia.

I am using IDT HD Sound Driver. It says my HDMI output device is disabled.

I go into Control Panel Device Manger\and find that it is enabled and working properly.

ARGH!

My graphics card is: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530/4570 (Dell) Video Adapter
and the sound card is: ATI RV710/730/740 - High Definition Audio Controller

What do I do? I should get sound yes? I get picture!

Found out my graphics card sux. Does not support HDMI sound. Only Picture.
