Hello, will a GTX 560 work without problems on my older motherboard. It's a AMD 780G DDR2 Motherboard. It has 8gb of ram and an phenom ii x4 3.0ghz. I have a GTX 260. Will a GTX 560 be a waste on this motherboard?

I once had a somewhat similar set up until a few months ago. It was a Phenom 940 oc #3.6ghz, 8gb 800mhz ram, same type of board. I had a 9800gx2 then upgraded to Gtx 295 and saw a HUGE increase in fps. I even had a dedicated physx card. It is worth the upgrade to a 560. Definitely go for it. I could play Warhead with enthusiast shaders when overclocked with the Gtx 295.
