Which of these cards or wait for 7000?

Hello guys,

I have about $160 to spend on graphics and was wondering witch one of these cards would be best. Also is it a bad idea to buy a used card?

radeon 6850/5870 how would the 5870 compare to the 6850?

gtx 560/ gtx 465

Would it be better to pick up a used 5870 compared to a new 6850?/used gtx 465 compared to new gtx 560

Or should i hold off and wait till the 7000 series is released? Would they be in my price range or would it drop the prices of old cards?

ok any idea when they are going to be released? Also would it be worth it to buy another gts 250 for $40 and sli them for now? Do sli cards have to be the same brand?
