Have you downloaded the realtek driver from their website?

Your motherboard should come with driver installation disc. Most of these installers are automatic (autorun) or at least intuitive (menu driven).
Have you installed other drivers like LAN? graphics ( in case of onboard ). If yes, it should be pretty the same procedure. Better start from the bundled disc first instead of downloading from the internet.
