Okay, after weeks of head scratching and thinking, I've finally picked my parts for the Gaming PC I'm building. They are as follows:

i3 2105 ($135)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115090

Motherboard ($55)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157241&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4176827&SID=7w4njyovkrgl

4GB RAM ($20)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231310&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4176827&SID=15ox2697qijz8

500 GB HDD ($90)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4176827&SID=1m03r8o2rn1xs

22x DVD Burner ($15)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151244&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4176827&SID=1367uxl9w9lt5

600 Watt PSU ($70)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=4176827&SID=vjun79ks0dxi

GTX 560 Ti ($180)

Now, for a case, i just want a cool looking case from newegg with good airflow that can fit a GTX 560 Ti, and is under $40. I know that narrows my choices a lot, but there are a couple ones i'm liking:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156223
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119246
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811517015
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811121096
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156237
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147159

They all look really cool, and im really liking the raidmax and cooler master ones, but my number one factor is this: can it fit big graphics cards? if it can, then im also looking for a good cooling and airflow. and finally, some cool internal lighting would help. please help me decide on a case.

also, if there is anything else i need to look out for, please inform me. any other suggestions would also be useful. thank you very much.

500w can run a GTX 560 Ti without a problem. I hear you though, might as well spend the $10 for a little more wattage. Sounds good. As for the GPU, I was pointing out the fact that the listed price is after a $40 MIR and before shipping and tax. I'd see if tax is applicable and see how much shipping is before...

Hi there, welcome to the forums.

Good build! A few things need to be tweaked though.
-Go for the i3-2120: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.822344 It's cheaper and faster. The 2105 has HD3000, which you won't need since you have a GTX 560 Ti.
-Grab this PSU, save $10: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
-Get some dual channel RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146748 It will run much faster than a single stick of 4GB.
-Spend $15 more and grab a mobo with USB3 and Sata3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157236
-Keep in mind that GPU price is before shipping+tax and after a rebate. It might be a safer bet to grab a 6870.
-For a case, I recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146076 Comes in white and black.

That's it!

Thank you vary much! yes, i will get an i3-2120 instead, and your MOBO and dual channel RAM. im especially loving the MOBO. as for the GPU, i just want to get a better one, and not spend too much. my friend has pried me towards getting Nvidia cards, and an $180 GTX 560 Ti seems like the perfect fir for me, unless i can get a better one for around 200 dollars. as for the PSU, i want a stronger one so i have no doubt of whether it can run on my GPU. i might even upgrade t a kepler/maxwell card in the far future, so its good to keep options open.

My main thing now is the case. the case you showed me is not nearly as flashy as some other cases i saw on newegg for about $40. i actually want a fairly flashy case with those lights on the fan so i can show it off to my friends lol. The ones that i gave link to looks cool, but i need to make sure it can fit the GPU without much problem, and if it has sufficient cooling and airflow. it would be very helpful if you could help me choose. again, thank you very much :)

Alright, I gotcha! Needs a little more flash. I'm not a fan of any of those cases really but I'm a more low profile guy. Out of the bunch, the CM 311 and Rosewill are the highest quality IMO. If you wanna play the rebate game, the CM 430 Elite can be had for $44 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119227 I personally like the looks of it. Your call as always, OP.
