Connect 2 LAN together for counter strike !!

hello

i need help with connecting two LAN between hostels.
one is using Wi-Fi other is using Ethernet. they both go via a proxy 192.168.23.32:3128 to access internet. what i want to do is connect the lan together so as to be able to play games on LAN.

my other question is in my hostel we get access to inter via Wi-fi router which uses proxy 192.168.23.32:3128 can i make that router as LAN to play counter strike.

Perhaps you might want to consider using LogMeIn Hamachi. This allows you to create a private “virtual” LAN consisting of only your two PCs. The beauty is that it doesn't matter where you are, whether the same or different networks, it always appears as if the both of your PCs were on the same physical LAN.
