Can my computer support windows 7 64 bit?

Hi This is my computer's specifications:
MOTHERBOARD: PRODUCT CODE INTEL SERVER BOARD
S 5000 XVNSATA
It has two 2 GHZ each Xeon quad core processors
2GHZ CORE SPEED SUPPORTS DUAL PROCESSING
It also has a NVIDIA GE FORCE 9500 gt graphics card 1 GB
500 GB hard disk
8 GB RAM
Can it support windows 7 64 bit?

Although Win7 is NOT officially supported by intel some users have had success with the Windows Server 2008 drivers.

edit* short answer was actually: no

You might get all sorts of stability problems, especially if your trying to run games. Then again it might work fine.
