HELP AMD Catalyst Driver installation Problems!

Hey guys, so i just bought a nice new graphics card, ATI Radeon HD 5770. and put in in my computer, and my computer sees it and tries to install new hardware. but obviously there is no driver. so i download the driver from AMD.com and get the catalyst suit. i install it and at the end it says "Installation Complete, Warnings occurred in the install process)" and i click on view log and it doesnt show any errors but the driver isnt installed nor the catalyst suite. Please help a poor soul out.
