  1. That looks good. However, you don't really need the sound card because the Motherboard has 7.1 sound built-in. What are you looking for in terms of sound quality? I would save the money from the sound card and use it to get a quality speaker system instead.
  2. A good list of parts.

But, if your goal is to play any game at ultra settings, you need to get a stronger graphics card.
Look for a 7970 which is about as good as it gets today, or at least a GTX580.

    To save costs:

Ditch the 1866 ram. Sandy bridge is insensitive to ram speeds:

Do you really need a discrete sound card? The cpu savings these days are negligible, and onboard HD sound is very good. Try it first, you can always add a sound card later.

    A GTX580 needs only 600w. the 28nm 7970 needs only 500w.
I would not buy coolermaster when top quality psu's cost no more.
Stick with Seasonic, Antec, XFX, PC P&C, or Corsair.
  3. If you are not going to crossfire you wont need 850W psu.. 750w will be more that enough to run that card.. Just one thing don't buy that cooler master psu.. Go for a brand like corsair, seasonic, antec..
