I have Ati radeon 4850 hd 1gb on crossfire, will it be compatible with Doublesight DS-277W ips monitor??

^Yes! Make sure that you have video interface of the monitor (Like HDMI, DVI, etc) Input on the GPU. Otherwise you need an adapter.

That monitor has DVI, HDMI, VGA and component inputs. You can use it with any video card.
