I am new to building computers, and even newer to these forums, so any help is really appreciated.
My build follows:
Mobo: Foxconn (M61PMP-K) Socket AM3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2
RAM: CORSAIR 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333
HDD: old 320g Hitachi, with a bare installation of WinXP
SSD: brand new OCZ Petrol 128g
The problem is that BIOS recognizes the SSD fine, and everything else is good to go, but Windows won't recognize the SSD so I can't partition/format it. I went into both Disk Management and Device Management, but neither showed more than one disk (the HDD).
