I think i want to scrap my CM EP+ 600 watt and replace it for something better. I still don't know if I will wait till the warranty is up or not, but in case i buy immediately, i need to know which will provide better performance.

Note that if i do buy a new PSU, it will probably have to be carried over to my next build, so it must last for like 6-7 years (hopefully)

I'm looking at getting a high-end model, something that will last me a long time.

So here are the options:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4434992
SilentPro M 600 Watt, $73.99

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4362115&CatId=2533
ModXStream Pro 700W, $57.99

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7195038
Corsair TX750, $89.99

Which of these is the best? And would it be advisable to wait until the PSU warranty is done before replacing it?

Corsair, hands down. CM PSUs are generally in the junk to mediocre range. Many have liar labels or claim protections that are missing (especially in the Extreme Power [and Plus] line), which is dishonest. Since a rational individual does not support dishonesty, I avoid ALL CM products, even unrelated ones.
The ModXStream line gets decent reviews, but I've read forum comments elsewhere regarding poor longevity and some substandard components (that won't last), such as 85C capacitors. I think of them as just "ok." Corsair, however, is excellent across the board.

What are your system specs? I would rank the PSUs you listed...Corsair, SilentPro, and then ModXstream. I do agree with jtt283 on avoiding dishonest companies as a monetary/moral statement but the fact remains that the Silent ProM PSUs are good quality products at a good price (the 600W you listed is made by Enhance Electronics...a very reputable mfr).

That being said I love my Seasonic M12II-520. Seasonic actually makes the Corsair TX750V2...a great PSU, too.

In all reality a good quality 500-550W PSU is enough for any single GPU PC. You really don't need more unless you're running an SLI/CF rig or doing some insane OCing.

I just said, i will be running an i5-2500K and either a 560ti or a 6870

The Seasonic M12II-520 will run either of those cards: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094&Tpk=s12ii-520. The price is almost the same after MIR...both have 5yr warranties....same amps on the 12V rails.

Silent ProM review at JG: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=134

M12II-520 review by same person on same site: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=185

For the money I'd go with the Seasonic.

Edit: The only difference between the S12II and the M12II is modularity.

Sry you typed that in when i was already typing a response for you on the phone so i dint see your spec..(it took a bit longer to type on phone)

Oh and for that Spec i would go for "SilentPro M 600 Watt" Should be cheaper while still providing enough power.. though if you have money wouldn't hurt to go for better options ans you never know when you will feel like adding a new graphic card or some other expansion card..

also explained by many other guys above you can easily see which is the best option

If you stick with the quality brands you can't go wrong. Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic...
ThermalTake and Cooler Master are hit and miss with their PSUs, mostly miss. It seems like they put pretty paint jobs and LED fans on low quality PSUs.
