How to put slim optical drive in tower?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased this optical drive (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=658_667&products_id=18027) and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to fit it in my case as it's too slim to simply slide in.

The case is a Coolermaster Centurion 5 II. Any advice?

matthew, you bought a slim ODD meant for a laptop instead of full size 5.25" ODD meant for desktop.

in order to get that slim ODD working in your desktop you'll have to get two things:

and
http://www.jcp-tech.de/en/products/slim-case/id/215435.html

but for the cost of those 2 things it's cheaper to just go buy a regular 5.25" ODD, even if you can't return the slim one.

Agreed. You can get a DVD+RW for about $20 off Newegg.
