Psu Causing My Problems?

Hi,
My pc has been shutting down/restarting during games like dead island which has pretty good graphics.
I have a:
Asus P8H61-Mle/USB3 Motherboard
Nvidia geforce gt 440
Intel dual core g620 2.60ghz
4gb of ddr3
A couple of case fans

Now i recently bought all this stuff like a couple of months ago, my psu is 405W from "jeantech" or something like that, it supported my last system for 8 years until i decided to buy some new parts,

Is it possible that is psu can't hike all the power the card and extra fans need during gaming and thats why it switches off?

It's very much likely that your PSU has seen better days and is on its way out. Plus, it's not really in the wattage range I'd I'd like to see for a gaming system, rated at least 500W continuous power.
