Hello, the GPU went out of stock. And I wasn't able to find Windows for ~$100. Only the OEM, which is a cheap solution, but people say it doesn't come with a CD. Help? :)

I dont understand what you mean by no cd, oem means just the basic, the original.

$99.99. Also the 7750 is a new card and the drivers are unstable as of now, even though it is new architecture the 6770 is a reliable card.

Thanks for the suggestions, but in every case, it seems that I lack a monitor, it goes over $600. Is there any way to include a build with a monitor?

About the CD, I read that Windows 7 OEM doesn't come with an install disk, but I guess I was wrong.

Alright, thanks. But my other problem still remains, I cannot fit the monitor into my budget. :(
