Can i put a Core i7 processor on the HP Proliant ML150G6 machine?right now it has a Intel XEON.
Can it perfom well for gaming purposes if i put a graphic card?

That depends a lot on BIOS support. Since that model uses a LGA1366 CPU, you might be able to use an i7-9xx which would be quite expensive... $600-1000 new, more expensive than getting a new CPU + motherboard + i7-3770k.
