UPS problem

my power supply is of 500 watts
and my ups is of 365 watts
will it cause a problem ??
as my comp on full load touches only 300 watts (including monitor and speakers)

it works fine but sometimes i turn it on and it shuts down
and then i turn it on again ....it works

It shuts down with an idle load? That would be like, under 200watts?

Just for comparions.... try running tests with the monitor not connected to the UPS.
