Hi,

I am not very good with PC component replacement. In fact I will be opening the case on my XPS 435MT for the first time next week - after I receive the new Sound card, SSD & memory. How do I determine what the power supply is? Have seen anywhere from 350 watts to 450 watts on this model. It is not listed on the system component sheet that came with the PC. Went to the Dell site & checked the original configuration online, also had their tool scan the PC for the current config but nowhere does it list the wattage.

The only place I haven't looked is on the bottom of the cabinet, well inside too. Maybe that's where the sticker is that contains all the voltage & power info. Probably something very simple & will be feel embarrassed after the answer is provided but I gotta ask anyway. How can I tell what the power supply is?

thanks
