Can My computer run cod4?

Well, I'm saving up for all the parts to my new PC, however im stuck with my laptop for now. I was wondering if it can run cod4. Here are the specs.
AMD E-350 Dual Core Processor
4gb of RAM
Radeon HD 6310
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit

Looks like you need 4 GB more ram, other than that you should squeeze right by
