New GPU 6850 vs gtx 560

replacing my 5770 and am stuck between a Radeon HD 6850 vs GTX 560. They are nearly equal in most benchmarks i have seen. Which should i choose for a gaming only box (BF3, Skyrim, ect)?

Current:
MSI 870s-g46 mobo
8gb ddr3 1333 gskill ram
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE 3.8 ghz (OC)
550Watt Antec PSU
MSI Radeon HD 5770
Windows 7 64bit
1 TB hdd

A 560 is better

the 560 should be at least 10% more powerful than the 6850, its priced to compete with the 6870 and I think the 6870 is slightly better.

The 6870 is not better than the 560 at all. The 560 will push by the 6870 quite easily when you overclock it. To save 20 dollars the 6870 is a great move.

I never read about the 560 oc but from the benches the 6870 seems to be pretty much on par but usually cost like $10 less.

For BF3 the nVidia is better. But for most other applications the 6850 and 6870 will meet or beet it. Depends on the games you play.
