Please explain how this type of router actually operates. I purchased Netgear HDMI 'N' router to connect to my cable internet. I thought the cost was a bit high, the performance on the new MacBook Pro is
INSTANT! One more Mac exists in the home, however, the studio has a 4-5 year old PC. The speed has not changed at all with that computer (it is farthest from the router and cable connection

Does the PC have an n spec card or adapter,or is it g!You will need to upgrade the wireless specs to n on the pc to take advantage of the n router!
