Will These parts work with each other?

This is my first built pc :

RAM: PNY Optima 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model MD8192KD3-1333


Case: Rosewill challenger

All of these are found on newegg.com, i would really appreciate it if somebody could take the time to verify if all of these parts will work with each other, and if not possibly find something different like a new motherboard or something.
