This is my first built pc :

Motherboard : BIOSTAR H61MGC LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
GPU: HIS H685FN1GD Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000
RAM: PNY Optima 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model MD8192KD3-1333

Case: Rosewill challenger

All of these are found on, i would really appreciate it if somebody could take the time to verify if all of these parts will work with each other, and if not possibly find something different like a new motherboard or something.

Yes all of the parts you have chosen are compatible and will run just fine together in a build.
