I have tried all possible realtek high definition audio drivers for hp compaq dc5750 microtower but no sound-> no sound

You don't want all possible ones, you want the right one for your model and OS. Go to http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html, search there based on your model # and operating system.

If the drivers install and there are no errors with them in device manager, issue could be with the jack or whatever you are using to listen with.

That thing has a Realtek 2 channel ALC260 so the newest realtek hd driver from the realtek site should have worked.

Are you getting the message in the bottom right by the clock where the speaker is that no speakers are plugged in? If so you can try going into the bios and either turning off the system speaker, or if is off turn it on. Those computers have a built in media speaker that always worked great in xp but vista and 7 dont like.

Try the HP driver. Vista 64.

If you have win 7 you will have to right click , properties then set it for compatibility mode vista to install it.
