4 Day old build. great specs. laggy video/audio starting today?

ok just built a rig for gaming/video editing and whatnot and all was good up until today when things started to stutter... when i log on the log on sound lags a little, my mouse is jumping quite a bit, on youtube and games audio/video stutter a lot. but none of this was happening until today. i have the latest video drivers from nvidia so im not sure if that is it because like i said, it worked the past 3 days... any ideas? specs below

*none of this is overclocked
i7 2600k
evga gtx 570
asus p8z68-v pro/gen 3 board
8gb (2 DIMM) 1600 vengence ram
corsair hx750 watt power supply
wd caviar black with a samsung ssd used as cache through intel smart response

temps
cpu 32c
board 27c

use the processor Explorer from microsoft to see anything use up cpu power at the background

if cannot find anything...

Try to disable the SSD for cache just start the system with the WD to see any improvement back to normal..

The last one if you still solve the problem.. check the HD Status..

see the smart status is ok

well i fixed it. the processor was fine and that hard drive program didn't find my hard drive for some reason but i remembered that i updated the nvidia drivers recently... i rolled back to the previous version and low and behold it works again
