Low FPS in all games on GTX 560 Ti

Ever since i finished my new build two months ago, every game i've played has been getting a lot lower fps than it should. The game will start out fine with the fps somewhere around 60-80. But after about a day or two, it drops to around 15-30.
I've noticed that reinstalling the game, reinstalling the drivers, and increasing or deleting the virtual memory paging file will fix the problem. But after a day or two, the fps drops again.

i5 2500K not OC
8GB RAM
MSI P67A-GD65 (B3)
Windows 7 64-bit
EVGA GTX 560 Ti no SLI
Cooler Master GX 650W

How about underclocking the card?

It's maybe a buggy drivers downclocking itself. Try overclocking? Or maybe try to find a tutorial on how to avoid them.
