Additional Comments: Please suggest any changes that may be suitable. I am quite unsure about the MOBO, RAM, and PSU.

Perfect! Unless you want to save some money or spent more ... otherwise this is a good build for most of the game .....

Pretty good. Can do a bit better IMO. Essentially, the $800 build in my sig with a i5 2500k + cooler.

So you would switch out everything but the 2500k? What about the PSU? 650w is an overkill?

A little bit. That PSU can run 2x HD6870's easily.
