first time building a computer for 3d animation, (8-900) dollar budget

Hi, I'm a 3d artist and I want to know what parts I want to get for under between 600 or 700 dollars. I want to use the computer for 3ds max 2011, zbrush, Modo, and adobe master collection for modeling, rendering, animation, and video editing. Planning to buy these parts to build around March.
