Will this power supply be okay for the XFX Radeon HD 6870

Hello was wondering if this power supply would be fine for my graphics card (XFX Radeon HD6870)

No it won't. £20 for a 600watt PSU? It won't even produce half of that stably. Look for something from OCZ, Corsair, Coolermaster etc. You really really really don't want to be tight when buying a psu. You want a decent one otherwise a cheap one will explode and take the rest of the computer with it.

Something like this will run a 6870

Go for Earthwatts 380W or Corsair 430W or XFX 450W

For an HD6870 a 500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors is recommended.
The total amperage available on the 12v rail is more important than the total power rating (Watts) of the PSU.

Considering you are on a tight budget, The Antec VP450w, with 30A on its 12v rails, should be sufficient, as long as you are not planning to OC.

Since the 6870 need two PCIe connectors & the vp450w has one, you'll have to use the molex to PCIe adapter, which I believe you've received with your GPU. :)
