My friend is going to need to network 2 computer together in his small shop. He have a P166 with 64MB. Will this be able to network. And if he is going to get another computer(used), what would be the minimum requirement to network it with the P166.

the 166 will be just fine, the spec of the other pc doesnt really matter at all, if its just for use in a shop, I presume one pc in the shop front and one in the back with the data on it? just about any pc will be fine.

Yup, almost any PC should work, as long as you can get their environments configured properly.
