Hello,
Say I go with a i3 2120
Radeon 6870
Corsair Vengence 1600 4gb (x2)
I'm just going to be gaming with this rig. I plan to over clock these two pieces.

What's the best z68 chipset Mobo? How cheap can I go before it hinders my ability to overclock?

you can not overclock an i3. it has to be an i5 or i7 with a "k" at the end. 2500k, 2600k, etc....

to be honest with you, i think it's the cpu chip that matters. not the mobo. if you are lucky, u might get a chip that goes over 5ghz. mobos probably do matter when ocing over 5ghz, but do you really need that much? i would pick a mobo for its features, not oc ability.

But here's a mobo anyways: ASUS P8Z68 PRO

Grab the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3. It's an amazing board for right at 150. Overclocks very well, very stable, and has excellent support. If you plan on just keeping the 2120, than get the GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 for 115.
