Isn't that PSU a bit underpowered for the rig and is that CPU/GPU worth the trade off of an i5/6870? I forgot to mention it but I will also be using this for video encoding.

video encoding i5/6870 is better. gaming i3/560ti448 is better.

cx500w should be enough for either 6870 or 560ti. but you can pay $10 more and get a cx600

Seems that I was misinterpreted. I want to spend a maximum of $700 Shipped and Before MIR. Also, I've up the budget to $750.

So I ended up getting this off eBay for $835 shipped. Was it a good deal or could I have built something better (exclude the accessories)?
