can not get the control center 3 for mfc-8440 to work with windows 7

It does Not allow you to install control center which has the complete functionality

Brother doesn't make it available via downloads for Windows 7. You will most likely have to order a new CD for it.

Edit: They do have it for Vista. It might work. The link is for 64-bit:

I some how got the vista to work. It didn't the first time. You have to decompress it. save it to desktop. then try and run it. I am not exactly sure how i did it. But it now works. thank you
