Question about processor compatibility with parts!

This is the setup a guy gave me, and i was wondering if i could swap out the core i3 with a core i5, the $190 one on newegg.
Here it is:
Case: Anatec 300 - $65
Power Supply - Corsair GS 600 - ($70 got a sale at Best Buy) $90 on newegg
Motherboard - Asus P8Z68- LE - $130
CPU - i3 2120 - $130
Video card - Radeon 6870-$160 (used from Ebay)
Ram - G Skill 8GB DDR3- $37
windows 7 64 bit - ($10 off code on newegg) $100

i5's are compatible with P8Z68.

So, yes, you can substitute if you wish to do so.

All LGA 1155 CPUs (Sandy Bridge) should be compatible with all LGA 1155 motherboards.

You can get windows 7 for $65 if you know someone who is a student with the student discount through microsoft.

Even better, I got windows 7 Professional for free from my college via the MSDN Academic Alliance through my school, and its just a piddly community college, so chances are if you're a student, or know someone who is, its available to you.
