Are you on a budget? Here's a $1100 upgrade that will boost your system to amazing
Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K Sandy Bridge-E $599.99
Motherboard: ASUS P9X79 DELUXE $379.99
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM $199.99
Of course you can turn down the specs a bit, a cheaper CPU with LGA 2011 socket... I would recommend a Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E 3.6GHz Processor. Also, a cheaper 8GB RAM won't make much difference either depending on your usage.
Hope I helped!

I'm not quite sure that is the bottleneck, but where do you want to buy from?

These will be the parts...
CPU: i5-2500K
CPU Coooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: ASUS, ASRock, Gigabtye...something around 100euros
RAM: DDR3 8GB(2x4GB) 1600MHz Kit, G.Skil, Corsair, etc...

This should bring you in under 400euros easily.

I can indeed go for the:

Intel Core I5 2500K 3.33 GHz €169

G.Skill RipjawsX 8G 2133 Mhz 8 GB ( 2x 4GB ) €79

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO € 30

i have around €120 left for a motherboard.

Got any advice wich motherboard is good in price/quality ? ? ?

That should put you right at 400euros. I dont know of any other stores to compare prices. The prices where roughly the same as USD , which I was not expecting, but still got everything you need within the budget. You should be able to overclock your CPU to like 4-4.5GHz(there is lots of how-to's online, and its pretty easy). Now, if you dont want to overclock then buy Intel i5-2400 CPU and dont get the CPU Cooler(Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo). Just pick your color for the RAM. Motherboard-wise, the ASRock, I think offers the most, ASUS is a more top of the line brand/quality and Gigabyte is somewhere in-between those, good quality, offers a lot. I would just read reviews and make sure it has the slots and all that you need, or maybe someone else can help you with it.

If you're in the US, go for ncix.com or newegg.com. If you need international shipping, use Amazon or Ebay. TigerDirect is way overpriced.

Or for the smaller budget, use this:
CPU: Intel Core I5 2500K 3.33 GHz $224.99
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard $104.99
RAM: Either this: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL $46.99
Or this: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B $49.99
Total Price:
G. SKILL RAM:$376.97, around 280 Euros
Corsair RAM: $389.97, around 293 Euros

Your choice on the ram, they're both ok.
