a non (GPRS) radio for N6600 by extracting 3230 vis radio?

is this possible ?!?! cause the other day my friend bought a 3230 and I
put a file explorer to my surprise it was similar to n6600 I mean the
apps and memory even the phone memory except for the radi0 and it has
no menu for enabling the memory card as storage for your msg. The
software was VIsual radio -- >> http://www.visualradio.com now if I`m
not mistaken it`s a third party software like avec radio I guess so
this means it might work right?!?! the vis radio was installed in the Z
drive with another folder in the c drive I`m not good with this so any
suggestion guys thanks
