This is my current build, I'm not playing any games other than league of legends until the Nvidia 660 is released so I will not be buying a GPU until then. Is this all good and fitting?
I was debating an ssd but windows is like 40gbs and I only have money for a 64gb one so It would be kind of pointless.
I'm running League off the mobo card until the release of the 660 and am worried if the motherboard can handle it or I need to upgrade, I only need minimum settings.

Is my power supply and case ok?
Is the case big enough to SLI in years to come?
Is it worth getting faster ram?
and can my motherboard OC CPU and GPU?

Thanks for your time.

I'd actually agree with most of these choices but I'd definitely switch out the case - most Xclio cases are out and out junk. For the same price try the Corsair Carbide 400R or the Fractal Design Arc MIDI.

Also add a cooler if you plan to use a 2500K - the Hyper 212 Evo can be had for around £24.99 and it will allow you to overclock your CPU to ~4.5GHz.

Ok I'll change the case and the other suggestions as well. I won't be overclocking for a few months so would it be ok to wait on getting the cooler?

Just curious what's the difference between the hard drive I selected and the one suggested, I will change it just I would like to learn so In the future I will know.

Also will a full tower be needed? Since I do plan to SLI in the future and for the price of the 922 I could get an nzxt phantom which I have heard great things about but it is expensive. The main thing I am going for is for it to be future proof so I'm just double checking everything I have to be sure.
Lastly, what would you expect the performance to be like on something small such as league on just the motherboard?

Thanks for the help, I should be ordering in less than 24 hours :bounce:

I' make sure the case has USB 3.0 front port(s). I'd recommend the Corsair 500R since you are planning SLI .... note the comparisons between the 400R (unfavorable) an the 500R (favorable) in the link below:

I'd also recommend the Asus SLI board over the Giga

Finally, a 500 watt PSU would not be on my parts list nor would one from OCZ except for possibly the Z series. You did indicate future SLI an for that, I think you'd want at least a 750 watter..... 850 watts if you doing serious GPU an CPU overclocking.

Would recommend this monitor:

swapped everything around and since pcpartpicker doesn't have the 500R I put a 400R in just to simulate it being there, got this:

I bumped up the hard drive size since its £10 for 500gb and changed the power supply and monitor as you suggested. I'm not sure If this is the motherboard you were suggesting or not so If you could just double check that for me I would be grateful.

Lastly, how much of a difference does the MHZ on RAM make a difference?

Like none - your motherboard will always default to the lowest speeds and timings it can handle. You can change the multipliers around to match the stock speeds but you can't go above it or mess with the voltages or else you'll risk frying your whole build.

They're both about the same interior wise. Both have pretty much the same features except the 500R has a few extra fans and is available in black or white models.

That's the same motherboard. For £10 the extra 500GB is WAY more than worth it. Having a beefier PSU will be better in the long run if you plan to add a second video card and/or overclock.
